Bob is a legal research and writing attorney who works as an independent contractor for criminal defense attorneys. He had a fourteen year career as a criminal defense trial attorney working in the Yuba County and Solano County public defender offices, and in private practice. He began his present research and writing practice in 2001. Bob writes briefs for pretrial, trial, and post-trial motions as well as for writ proceedings and appeals.
Bob is particularly interested in the technical aspects of legal argument both in terms of logic and the doctrine of precedent. Some of his numerous published articles are in this area.
